All orders are subject to confirmation by Euro Bake. Minimum order quantities may apply depending on the product and will be communicated at the time of inquiry. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in ingredient costs, market conditions, or operational factors. Confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed price at the time of confirmation.
We aim to deliver all orders within the agreed timeframe. While we strive for punctuality, Euro Bake is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of partnership or order confirmation. We accept cash and card payments, and may offer flexible terms for established business partners at our discretion.
All products are baked fresh and prepared with quality ingredients. Any concerns regarding product quality must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for review and resolution.
Custom products, packaging, or recipe modifications are subject to additional terms, lead times, and may incur extra costs. Details will be discussed and agreed upon before confirming any custom order.
Order cancellations must be communicated as early as possible. Orders already in production or prepared for delivery may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
Euro Bake shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, beyond the value of the order in question.
